Our Service Guarantee

At U&K Salon, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If you find yourself not entirely pleased with the service you've received, please inform us during your appointment or within 48 hours post-service.

Refunds

Please note that all services provided are non-refundable. However, should there be any issue attributed to our service provision, we're ready to offer a corrective service at no additional cost. It's essential to understand that dissatisfaction resulting from a change of mind post-service does not qualify for this corrective service. In case of any disputes, such corrective measures will be subject to management approval. We urge you to report any dissatisfaction within 48 hours to qualify for a complimentary corrective service, which must be availed within 7 days from the date of the initial service. Early reporting facilitates the swift arrangement of any necessary corrective service.

Right to Refuse Service

U&K Salon holds the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting inappropriate behavior towards our staff members.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice. This consideration helps us manage our staff's schedules and accommodate other clients efficiently.

No Show

Missing an appointment without notice (no-show) will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the intended service cost. Repeat no-shows may lead to services being offered on a walk-in basis only. This policy also applies to no-shows for scheduled corrective services, whereby we cannot offer another corrective service without charge.

Lateness

Punctuality is appreciated to ensure the best experience for all our clients. Being more than 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling your appointment, alongside a fee for the scheduled services.

At U&K Salon, we offer a variety of convenient ways to book your next appointment, including:

  • Via Email: Send us an email with your preferred date and service, and we'll get back to you to confirm the details.

  • Online Booking: Submit your appointment request through our online booking system.

Important: Your booking is not complete until you receive a confirmation message from us. Whether you book over the phone, via email, or online, please ensure you have received a confirmation to secure your appointment. This process helps us ensure that we have accurately captured your booking details and can prepare for your visit accordingly.

If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us to ensure your reservation has been successfully processed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule efficiently to provide you with the best possible service.

Online Scheduling

Online booking requests are subject to stylist availability and are considered pending until you receive a confirmation from us.

Head Lice Policy

For the health and safety of our clients and staff, services will not be provided to individuals with head lice. If head lice are detected during a service, we must halt the service, which can be resumed 48 hours after treatment has been completed.

Your contact information is collected solely for appointment-related communication and will not be used for any other purpose. We value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy.
